چکیده

Phenology is a science that fundamental to crop productivity and especially sensitive environmental changes. In Mediterranean semi-arid climates, vineyard phenology directly affected by changes in temperature rainfall distribution, being highly vulnerable climate change. Due the significant heterogeneity soil, climate, variables, we need fast reliable ways assess large areas. This research aims evaluate performance of phenological data assimilation model (DA-PhenM) compare it with models based on meteorological (W-PhenM) Sentinel-2 NDVI (RS-PhenM). Two W-PhenM approaches were evaluated, one assessing eco- endo-dormancy, as proposed Caffarra Eccel (CaEc) widely used BRIN model, another approach accumulation heat units Parker called Grapevine Flowering Veraison (GFV). The DA-PhenM evaluated corresponds integration between RS-PhenM CaEc (EKF-CaEC) GFV (EKF-GFV). Results show EKF-CaEc EKF-GFV have lower root mean square error (RMSE) values than models. However, number parameters require, performs better because latter has higher Bayesian Index Criterion (BIC) EKF-GFV. Thus, improves both RS-PhenM, which provides novel contribution modeling Vitis vinifera L. cv Cabernet Sauvignon.

Phenolic profiles and antioxidant properties of young wines made from Yan73 (Vitis vinifera L.) and Cabernet Sauvignon (Vitis vinifera L.) grapes treated by 24-epibrassinolide.

The grape berries of two varieties, Yan73 (Vitis vinifera L.) and Cabernet Sauvignon (CS) (Vitis vinifera L.) were treated with 0.40 mg/L 24-epibrassinolide (EBR), 1.00 mg/L brassinazole (Brz), and deionized water (control), at the veraison period. The EBR treatment significantly increased total phenolic content (TPC), total tannin content (TTC) and total anthocyanin content (TAC) of Yan73 and ...

Exogenous 24-Epibrassinolide Interacts with Light to Regulate Anthocyanin and Proanthocyanidin Biosynthesis in Cabernet Sauvignon (Vitis vinifera L.).

Anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins (PAs) are crucial factors that affect the quality of grapes and the making of wine, which were stimulated by various stimuli and environment factors (sugar, hormones, light, and temperature). The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of exogenous 24-Epibrassinolide (EBR) and light on the mechanism of anthocyanins and PAs accumulation in grape berri...

Color and Color Stability of Red Wine from Noble (Vitis rotundifolia Michx.) and Cabernet Sauvignon (Vitis vinifera L.) at Various pH

Muscadine grapes (Vitis rotundifolia) are the most widely planted grapes in the south and southeast United States due to their suitability in these areas. Most of the commercial muscadine grape crop is used to produce wine. Wine made from suitable cultivars of muscadine grapes possesses a very fruity, unique flavor and aroma that appeals to many people in the South. However, muscadine grape pro...
